Our approach

We are taking the coronavirus situation very seriously and have implemented all necessary precautions across our company, including strictly adhering to all guidelines from the World Health Organization and local health authorities.

We are continuing to produce our hearing aids and our products remain safe to use. Our customer service is available as always, although you may experience some delays during these extraordinary times. We kindly ask for your patience as we work to respond as quickly as we can.

Hearing care for today and tomorrow

While you can’t always physically meet in person to talk about hearing care, hearing care professionals and people with hearing loss can get together virtually via video call. It’s the same hearing care from your local hearing clinic, from the comfort of home.

New ReSound Assist Live with in-ear tests utilises hearing aids to test and fit hearing aids to the person’s needs, offering complete care at home:

Fine tuning and care at home

With ReSound Assist Live, hearing care professionals can offer sound adjustments remotely using our fitting software. Hearing aid users can receive new hearing aids or request tweaks to their sound when needed and download updates via the ReSound Smart 3D app on their iPhone.
